Sifting Through The Crap and Finding The Truth

There is so much information online about how to make money online that you could spend hours going from one product to the next and still not get the information you need to justify the amount of time you’ve spent on your quest. In addition to the time, there’s the amount of money you’ll spend as well. So what should you do?

First of all when it comes to turning your computer into a money making machine, there has to be a realistic level of expectation that has to be established before you do anything.

If you are acquainted in any way with the time and cost associated with starting an offline business, you’ll also be aware of the fact that brick and mortar businesses like a McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, 7 Eleven or even your local mom and pop hardware store don’t start out in profit.

Often there is a considerable amount of time that will go by where in most cases there are negative gains for at least the first 1-5 years. If you’re able to break even in your first 1-2 years you’re actually doing pretty good, but that’s not the majority.

So if you’re seriously thinking about establishing a business online it’s important to come into it with the right mentality and perspective.

Having the proper understanding with regards building an internet business whether it be as a product vendor or affiliate will help you to get past one of the biggest problems in the internet marketing world and that is… false and unrealistic expectations.

Now having said that, the good news is that it doesn’t take that long to build a solid business online as long as you’re going about it from an entrepreneurial perspective.

You see, most people are o.k. with what I just said a moment ago until…

They come across all of the promises of instant riches and profits that many salesletters are filled with. Once they see this all logic goes out the window and after their first try they end up getting sucked into a money pit that involves spending dollar after dollar to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Here are some realities that you need to understand and come to terms with if you want to build a real business online that will afford you the freedom of going full time and quitting your job.

1. No matter what product you buy with the exception of software for automation purposes, any system you choose to work with will always involve a need for traffic. Without traffic you don’t have a business, I don’t care how nice your website looks or what kind of copy you have on it, if nobody is looking at it… then it’s just another painting hanging on a wall in an art gallery.

2. You have to learn how to communicate with your target audience in order to provide any service of value. Think about it… if no one is looking for what you’re offering… you can forget about traffic.

3. You must establish your brand and build a following that will loyally support that brand. O.k. so you’ve got this great website up offering a widely sort after service or product that your target is willing to spend their money on but, there’s one problem…

You’re not the only game in town.

So now you’ve got to be able to distinguish yourself from other businesses that sell the same product, because if you don’t then you’re never going to acquire the needed amount of traffic to produce the sales and revenue that it will take to sustain your business.

At this point as you can see making money online is not some ‘brain dead anybody can do it’ type of business… it’s business.

So here’s what I’d like to do…

I want to create a comprehensive product that will help individuals to set up an internet business that will put them on a path to success within 6 months to a year. I’m not going to resort to any hype or b.s. because there is already enough of that available as it is, but I would like to ask for your help with this project.

If you were going to create a product that would teach individuals how to build a real business online…

a) What important information would you include in it?

b) What format would best suit the needs of those who buy it? (Video, pdf, audio, all of the above)

c) What would be a reasonable price point to go with so that the product is not devalued but relatively accessible to your audience?

d) Would you create a membership site or sell it as a stand alone product?

I have personally had the good fortune of being able to build a business online and generate a good 4 figure income that is steadily increasing and I would like to help others minus the hype to start their own business on the right foot and actually make money with it.

So if you could help me out with the questions above, I’d like to send you a couple of exclusive reports I’ve just created to show my appreciation.

I look forward to reading your responses and thanks so much for being a reader of my blog.

Sincerely,

-Nando

What’s The Biggest Liability To Starting An Internet Business?

If you asked this question around the web you would get a truckload of interesting answers but in my own experience the biggest liablity is not…

External factors but it’s more of an internal factor and that factor is what keeps most people from ever reaching their profit potential online.

The internal factor I’m speaking about is centered around the characteristic of stubborness.

It’s not hard to understand why online marketers can get into a rut sometimes, because after all you pretty much end up learning a multitude of concepts through trial and error and you get used to doing things all by yourself so…

When you finally happen upon a system that produces results, the last thing you want to do is touch it. You know the old saying: “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it” but…

Often times what you have achieved can be improved upon and if you’re stuck on your own opinions, you may just be limiting your income instead of expanding on it.

Now there is another way that stubborness can really hurt your business and that’s by not recognizing when something isn’t working at all, yet you still pursue it.

For instance you may have created products in your niche and for whatever reason they are not as ‘hot’ as they were when you first introduced them to the market. So do you just continue to do product launch after product launch to keep the profit engine going or do you look for other formats that generate a better response from your market?

Maybe you’re creating minisites for various products but you’re marketing them to the wrong audience, do you keep trying to fit a square block into a round hole or do you do some market research to speak to a more targeted audience to what you have to offer?

Are you creating products that you know the market wants, but no one seems to be responding like you hoped? Maybe you need to take a look at your sales copy and make some adjustments that will yield better results.

Obviously I could go on and on about this, but I think you get the picture. So don’t let the internal characteristic of stubborness become your biggest liability.

The main point if I had to state one is, if something is working that doesn’t mean it can’t work better and if something is not working than stop doing it.

Being stubborn about your comittment to your success is awesome, but don’t let that be the thing that keeps you from making it big online.

Developing Your Self Confidence Online

There is a ton of information available online and it can certainly be a bit overwhelming, but there is something you need to understand about it that can help you to boost your brand and build your self confidence.

Are you taking information for the sake of learning something new or is it with the end goal of communicating with your market?

A lot of people get bogged down with trying to learn everything about the market they’re in only to know nothing at all. Often times people don’t give the information they’ve just received a chance to settle before they go buying the next package of information.

Before you start taking in all kinds of information ask yourself what the purpose of learning something new is and how will knowing this new information fit in to your purpose.

In the case of internet and affiliate marketing there is a glut of information out there, (enough to choke a horse actually) but if you were to break internet marketing down to it’s simplest level you would be left with three things:

1. Your product

2. Your sales letter

3. Your payment processor

Seems incredibly simple and when you break it down it really is. Yet many people lack the confidence they need to pursue such a simple model because they are on information overload.

So how can you fix this problem before you throw in the towel?

Before I answer that question let me just say this…

The only information that really matters is the information that comes from the market you’re in. Yes you need to learn some marketing basics, but if you never communicate with your market, you’ll always be lost as to what to sell, who to sell it to and how to sell it.

So the best action step I can give you right now that will help you to gain the confidence you need to build your online business and get you the information that matters most is to start a blog.

Start a free blog with blogger.com or wordpress.com and offer as much content related to your market of interest and monitor the way people respond. Don’t worry about if they will like you or not, you will get a favorable response if you post regular content often that offers useful information the people in your market can benefit from.

Post often at least once or twice a day and if you feel like you don’t know what to write about just look at what other bloggers are saying about whatever is going on in your market and write about that.

Visit article directories and type in your main keyword and you’ll have a host of information you can write about and share with your market. The key to getting the best results by doing this is to inject your personality into the content. Write how you feel, give your opinion and you’ll get a response.

The faster you start to do this, the faster you’ll start to develop your confidence online and the sooner you will be able to find out exactly what people are looking for.

In a coming post we’ll talk a little about how to use that information to create or sell products that will benefit your readers as well as drive traffic.

Bullet Proof Business Blueprint – What It Takes To Make Real Money Online

Are you trying to build a business online but not finding the success you’re looking for? Have you purchased product after product only to find yourself getting more and more confused about how to make money online? The only way to cure that problem is with a bullet proof business blueprint.

To be sure you can definitely create fabulous wealth online, but without a bullet proof business blueprint, the road to success will often lead to a dead end.

A key component to developing a bullet proof business plan is to do market research. Without market research, matching the right offer to the needs of your market will be much like shooting arrows in the dark.

If you are the kind of person that is taking your business building efforts seriously, the last thing that you want to do is waste time.

Without doing any market research much time will be wasted because you’ll eventually end up promoting or creating a product of your own that won’t sell and you won’t know it until you’ve invested some time in trying to sell it.

This kind of approach leads to burnout and frustration and the end result for most people is to quit. Now that we’ve taken a brief look at why some people don’t succeed at building a business online, we can now focus our attention on what you need to do to avoid being part of that crowd.

Would you like to be able to create or promote a product that hordes of people would eagerly whip out their credit cards to buy? Imagine having dozens even hundreds of people running up to you with their credit cards in hand begging you to take their money? Sounds unrealistic, maybe a little crazy?

This is what can happen when you take the time to find out exactly what it is your market is looking for. So how do you do this? By spending time in places where the buyers in your market hang out.

What if you could be a fly on the wall and hear your market tell you everything you need to know to in order to give them exactly what they are looking for? Believe it or not, this is what the mega marketers do everyday.

They hang out in forums as well places like ebay and other big shopping sites to see what it is people are whipping out their credit cards for and creating similar products based on demand and feeding it to a starving crowd.

Sounds simple? Believe it or not it is and this is what the marketing elite are doing each and everyday to create the massive amount of wealth you hear about online.

But there’s is definitely more to it, like turning those rabid buyers into loyal raving fans and turning those loyal raving fans into a lifetime customer base. If you’re seriously looking to build that kind of business online and you’re tired of fumbling around trying to figure out how to do it…

Make sure to get an inside look at the Bullet Proof Business Blueprint and see how the guru’s are able to create such massive wealth from the internet. You’ll also get access to a free video and report that outlines the process.

Marketing is warfare and to the extent that you are able to discern the real intentions behind making money online, the truth is it’s about making money. As blunt, point blank and direct as that may sound an interesting principle still applies when it comes to succeeding as an online marketer…

Provide value that individuals would be willing to spend their hard earned cash for and you ‘ll make money online, but in order to make money online you have to provide value that individuals would be willing to spend their hard earned cash for. It all boils down to…

Providing value.

In order to provide value in the marketplace, you have to carefully guard your most valuable asset…

Are you giving this most valuable asset away for pocket change?

Do you even know what your most valuable asset is? Rest assured the Guru’s do and they’ve been able to wield it so effectively even you have marveled at it. Have any idea what it is yet?

Well I’ll tell you what, if you want to find out the answer to these questions, make sure to pick up a copy of my new free report entitled:

“The Underground Affiliate Manifesto”

Learning how to harness your most valuable asset online can mean the difference between financial independence and languishing in ambiguity without ever making more than a few dollars. Some of thoughts presented may be a little against the grain and somewhat controversial, but there is ample proof to substantiate the claims.

So grab your copy now and leave a comment and let me know what you think.

Online Business Building: A Very Important Tip You Need To Know To Build Your Online Business When You’re Broke

So you’ve heard that there’s gold in them thar hills on the internet have ya? You’ve probably heard all the talk about how you can build your business for next to nothing on a shoestring budget. But what you can’t understand for the life of you is how people who try to do this end up flat broke and penniless with nothing to show but regret.

The problem is that many people come into the online world expecting to buy that wonder product that’s going to take them from $0 to millions fast! Somehow the idea of making money using your computer from the luxury of your home seems to have gotten confused with working to build an online business.

Online business building requires the same tenacity and fortitude for success, just as much if not more so than if you were to buy into a franchise. Even more than that it requires establishing a plan and executing that plan in order to see the fruits of your labor.

So what can you do to get your online business off the ground without going into massive debt? Put together a list of all the tools you need to get your business going and into profitability and don’t buy into any product or service until you can afford to. The problem with many online wannabees is that they spend themselves into a quagmire of debt that was worse than when they got started.

When you spend more than you can afford and will apply into your internet business venture the pressure that you end up putting on yourself for all that careless spending, drains the enthusiasm and excitement right out of you and stifles your ability to think clearly and stick to your resolve.

If you can exercise a level of self control that will not allow you to spend beyond your current means, than you will be able to build your online business without the pressure of wondering how you’re going to cover this months rent and car note.

To your Online Business Building success,

Nando
