You may have seen a product get introduced to the marketplace that somehow didn’t generate the kind of profits initially expected. You see this all the time especially if you look into the clickbank marketplace. So if this is your product, should you just chuck it or can you still turn a profit with it?
In this article I’m going to share some simple ideas you can use to turn your losses into profitable gains.
One of the first things you can do to salvage the time and effort that went into creating and marketing the product is to offer reprint or resale rights.
This is a great way to get more exposure for your primary business and turn what seemed like a losing proposition into a cash generator.
Who would be interested in purchasing the reprint rights to your product?
People who are not interested in creating products themselves and just want a ready made business in a box that they can just plug in and profit from.
Another idea that you can use to generate more traffic to your internet business is to offer the product as a bonus to someone else’s paid product.
This will not only give your business increased exposure, but will also put you in direct contact with proven buyers in the market place.
Make sure to include within your product, links that will give those buying customers an opportunity to subscribe to your list so that you can capitalize on future marketing opportunities.
Here’s something to consider. What about using that product as a lead generator to increase the size of your subscriber list?
If there is one thing people don’t mind getting… it’s a free product.
So create a lead capture page that asks for your visitors details in exchange for the product. This can be an excellent way to give your visitors a preview of the kind of quality your business represents, while building your credibility and relationships with your subscribers simultaneously.
You could also participate in free giveaway list building events and use your product as a way to generate tons of leads fast.

You’ve just finished putting the finishing touches on your latest ebook or free report and it’s all set and ready to go, but…
Maybe you’ve just finished reading an interesting post on a forum and while you know how you want to respond in your mind, the minute you get to actually typing out your response… your mind draws a blank.
Perhaps you had an idea for a really interesting blog post and just as you begin to start typing it out… poof!
All of sudden what you wanted to say “magically disappears”.
Has this ever happened to you?
Fear not it happens to every one at some point in time. The problem is not that you don’t have a good idea or a good product, the problem rests with…
Overthinking.
We may feel that although we have a good idea for a blog post or product somehow it could still be better. After all, you always here people complaining about the lack of quality products online or someone makes a negative comment about someone’s idea.
The fear of rejection and disapproval cause us not to ‘give it a shot’. However how will you know if the shot will go in, if you don’t take it?
Overthinking can cause you to go from a state of confidence and resolve to fear and tentative action. It’s amazing how easily we can talk ourselves out of taking action even though we may have had a moment of clarity and decided to go for it.
Don’t talk yourself out of success. There are many products online that could be better, but the one or two suggestions that you did get could be the catalyst to bigger profits. So was it a total waste? No.
The biggest obstacle to success online or anywhere else is what we think and how we respond to what we think.
To your success,
Nando
